An invitation-only gathering
A curated gathering where founders, executives, and innovators have the conversations they’ve been missing.
I.
The Room
This is not a networking event.
This is the peer group you’ve been missing.
The Full Moon Forum is a carefully curated gathering for founders, senior executives, and innovators.
Most professional events are designed to help you meet more people. We created this one to help you know the right people better.
Every conversation is intentionally designed so accomplished women can move beyond introductions and into the discussions they rarely have anywhere else.
II.
The Gathering
Every full moon, we gather. Sometimes around a table in Philadelphia. Sometimes online with women joining from wherever they are.
You’ll move through small-group conversations, each with a new set of women and centered on a single question. Thoughtfully designed to move beyond introductions and into the conversations that matter.
The room is filled with women who understand what it takes to lead at this level.
You won’t need to explain yourself.
01
Belonging
You don’t have to explain your ambition here.
02
Perspective
Different industries. Similar leadership questions.
03
Connection
The conversations don't end when the evening does.
III.
In Their Words
“It set the stage for a level of personal connection that went beyond work.”
In June, 26 women filled the first room. Four small-group rotations. One question per rotation. No agenda beyond that. Nearly every woman we surveyed said she’d be back.
IV. Gatherings
Connect with remarkable women beyond your usual circles.
The same structured conversations create unexpected connections, fresh perspectives, and relationships that can grow long after the gathering ends.
Connect with women you’ll want to know beyond the evening.
Structured conversations make it easy to skip the networking script, find unexpected common ground, and build relationships that continue after you leave the room.

Harvest Moon · Virtual
This month, for the Harvest Moon we will also offer a virtual gathering the day before the Philadelphia event. This accommodates our growing community outside of the Philadelphia region.
Harvest Moon · Philadelphia
The Harvest Moon marks a season of gathering: a time to recognize what has grown, what has ripened, and what is ready to be claimed.
What has grown into something more than you expected?
The moon provides the theme. The women in the room provide the substance.
