The second Full Moon Forum. August 2026. Virtual.
The Gathering
Two questions. Four breakout rooms. No agenda beyond that.
20 women joined from wherever they were.
No stage, no slides beyond the ones that set the theme, just small rooms and two real questions.
The Sturgeon Moon was the proof that the format doesn’t need a room in Philadelphia to work. Wherever the women are, the conversation still gets real.
The Theme
Sturgeon have survived for millions of years by navigating deep, changing environments. The Sturgeon Moon was named for the season when these fish rise to the surface.
The Questions
“Where are you doing your best work right now, in ways that don’t show up on your resume or your title?”
“What’s something you’ve had to pivot on this year, and what told you it was time?”
As always, the moon set the theme. The women in the room provided the substance.
In Their Words
“The small-group breakouts let us explore a real range of topics in a meaningful way, and the conversations were genuinely insightful. Even though we weren’t in the same physical space, it created a real sense of community and collaboration. I’m already looking forward to the next one.”
