An invitation-only gathering
One city. One evening. A thoughtfully curated room of founders, senior executives, and innovators, designed to go deeper than networking.
I.
The Room
This is not a networking event.
This is your peer group.
The Full Moon Forum is an invitation-only gathering for founders, senior executives, and innovators at the top of their fields. One city. One evening that’s worth your time.
Most events put you in a room and hope something happens. The Full Moon Forum is designed differently: every gathering is built around one question per rotation, something designed to go deeper than small talk.
II.
The Evening
You’ll move through four small-group discussions, each with a new set of women, each conversation building on the last. The room is filled with women who understand what it takes to lead at this level. You won’t need to explain yourself.
01
Curated
Every seat is chosen. The guest list is the room.
02
Structured
Four rotations, one considered question in each.
03
Consequential
You leave with a stronger network than you arrived with.
III. In Their Words
“It set the stage for a level of personal connection that went beyond work.”
In June, 26 women filled the first room. Four small-group rotations. One question per rotation. No agenda beyond that. Nearly every woman we surveyed said she’d be back.
IV. The Next Evening

The Correspondence
A quiet letter for women who lead: occasional field notes on the craft of leadership, the conversations shaping the Forum, and what we’re paying attention to between full moons.
