The Gathering

Two gatherings. Two formats. One conversation.

Women came together from different locations, industries, and professional paths, with something in common: they wanted real conversation with other women who get it.

Different rooms. The same intentional format: small groups, thoughtful questions, and enough time to get beyond the surface and hear perspectives you might not have reached on your own.

The Theme

What is ready to harvest?

The Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox. For several evenings, it rises soon after sunset, giving farmers extra light to bring in the harvest.

We borrowed that extra light as our metaphor to take time out of our normal day to talk about:

What has momentum.
Where you’re heading.
What another perspective might help you see.

The Conversation

Beyond the usual introductions.

Small groups and thoughtful prompts gave everyone a place to start.
Then the conversations went where they needed to go.
