Four small-group rotations. One question per rotation. No agenda beyond that.

26 women filled the first room. Every one of them was invited. Nearly every woman we surveyed said she’d be back.

The Strawberry Moon was the first proof of a simple thesis: put the right women in the right room, ask the right question, and the evening does the rest.
